If your product is defective or damaged, it must be reported within 5 days of receiving the merchandise to begin the return process. The item must be postmarked for return within 14 calendar days from the time that you received the item. Please reach out through the Contact Us page on the website to receive return instructions and shipping address.
We are unable to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.
Lastly, we do not accept returns for refund for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered correctly.
Refunds and Online Credit
We accept returns for refund (for damaged or defective items) to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. This policy is contingent upon the customer notifying Stately by Design within 5 days of receiving the item, that it was damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, it will be given as online store credit.
We accept returns for an online credit for non sale items when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the time that you placed your order.
Unfortunately, sale items may not be returned for refund. They may be returned for online store credit if return requirements are met.
Items returned to us with make-up, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
Clothing, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, scarves, etc. are returnable in new condition only.
Cosmetics, intimate apparel, swimwear, shapewear, tights, and socks may not be returned for refund or returned for online store credit due to sanitary and health code considerations.
Electronics and home decor items must be returned unopened in the original packaging. If the seal is open or tag or packaging is removed the item is not returnable. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to begin the return process.
If any returns do not meet the requirements specified you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
If you have a need to change or cancel your purchase please contact us immediately. If it has been more than 24 hours we may not be able to cancel your order. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 7-15 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.
